We had an elastomeric deck in need of repair and needed it done fast before the rains came. Jackie went out quickly and provided us a bid that was very reasonable and included all of our concerns. They completed the work in the time frame originally quotes and it looked great! Jackie was also very communicative during the project and responded to any questions we had within a few hours. A big deck like this took a lot of work and these guys did a beautiful job! Vlad's main designer/Contractor Mike is an artist, perfectionist,and an all-around great guy to work with during a big project. Highly recommend JD Renovate. We had a water leak issue in a unit that's under exterior brick stairs that was allowing rain water in. After a failed attempt by another group that did not fix the issue correctly and made the leak worst, we were pretty traumatized. We interviewed a number of contractors and I'm glad we eventually went with JD Renovate. Jackie was very thorough in walking me through what the issue was and the work that needed to be done and priced the job competitively. We ended up having to demo the exterior stairs and redo the waterproof barrier. His team worked diligently to keep to the timeframe we discussed. Jackie was very responsive when I had a question or concern. He was very detailed and inspected work through each phase to ensure it was properly done. JD Renovate did a fantastic job installing new windows for my condo! After hesitating with several other contractors, I finally felt comfortable enough to go through with this project after Jackie thoroughly explained everything. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied, even installing a screen doggie door for my cat. I'm very pleased with my shiny new windows and patio door... Had a good experience with Vlad and his crew who were hired to repaint our house. It turned out to be a much more involved job, with half of the siding needing to be replaced, insulation installed, etc., but the guys took it in stride and always delivered top notch work. Communication flagged a bit in the middle of the job but overall we're very happy with the experience and had them redo our garden wall as well, which we are getting compliments on daily from our neighbors!
